Description
The second woodblock print in a series of three, Carpe Omnia! by Adell Donaghue is carved in cherry plywood and printed on Kitakata and Gampi papers. The image for the block was created from a composite of fifteen drawings completed by the artist between 2019 and 2022. The block was carved in 2022. The first prints in the edition were pulled on the “Big Tuna Press” at the Dedee Shattuck Gallery in Westport, MA in June, 2022, in conjunction with Big Ink.
